The challenges Caroline faces;

  • Permission from the Malagasy Government for the project & NGO status   30/10/10

  • Finding and retaining a team with all the required qualifications

  • Ensuring on-going financial support

  • Finding land and building the Baby House (including all the logistics that come with building a home; plus the fact that it's in Madagascar). Currently renting.

    • An unstable government in Madagascar

    • Registering Iris Madagascar as a centre for International Adoption
